Upcoming - dated events ahead
Events already in the record with a future date, counted down to when they take effect. Ones your watches match are flagged. Nothing here is projected - only what an official source has actually dated.
🔔 Device notifications
Official immigration announcements on your phone or computer, even with the tab closed: the headline, the date, and a tap to the item and its official source. Checked every 15 minutes against IRCC, ESDC and CBSA. No client information ever leaves your device.
Following individual topics (Express Entry draws, LMIA, provincial programs, processing times and more) comes with a paid plan. Practising RCICs who join by October 31, 2026 get every topic free until December 31, 2026. See plans
On iPhone/iPad, Apple allows this only after you add the site to your Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen). Desktop and Android work right in the browser.
Your watches
A watch is a standing question: a program, a province, a phrase. When the digest and alerts arrive, each watch is what they will report on. Saved now, working from day one.
Paper key
Your watches and notepad, exported as encrypted PDF417 barcodes you print or save as a PDF. They travel only by means you control: paper, a disk, your own email. Re-upload photos of the barcodes, or scan them with any hardware scanner, and your desk walks back in. A lost page is unreadable without your passphrase.

In-demand occupations
What Canada actually hired through the temporary foreign worker door, counts only, from the official employer lists. A hint about where demand is, never a recommendation.
Ask the registers
A question in plain words; an answer with the table, built only from the register rows below and citing its sources. Your question and the matching rows are all that is sent.
The caps & room-left register
Forms & fees register
What every application costs today, federal and provincial, and which form version is current. Filing on a stale fee or a retired form is the cheapest mistake to prevent.
IMM forms Q&A Professional & Team
The questions that don't look common until you're at that line of the form - answered in our words from the official IRCC page and checked against it, with a jump to the exact spot. Pick who's asking; the set narrows to what someone like them, at this point, actually asks. What isn't answered yet is a real cell, filled by demand - never guessed.
Decisions register
How many applications IRCC received, finalized, and approved, month by month, from the department's own operational tables, and the admissions record back to 2015 sliced by immigration category, province, occupation, age, study level, skill level, CRS band, education, and field of study. Every figure is IRCC's: rounded to the nearest five, published about two months behind.
LMIA by occupation
A decade of approved positions per occupation, the provinces hiring now, the employers behind them, and today's posted wages. Demand evidence for strategy; the occupation on a profile must always be the client's real duties.
Archive lookup
Every page we watch, and the dates it changed. Each date opens the page as it stood that day, from the public Internet Archive.
Your API key
Plug the live signals straight into your own website or software. The key streams the full feed from /api/feed - up to 500 pulls a day - and every copy it serves is invisibly signed to your account. Shown once; keep it secret.
Your firm's seats
Seat one is yours. Invite a colleague by email - they get the invitation on their own account, and one tap seats them on every Team tool. Cancel a pending invite or remove a seat any time. (They need a free account to accept; if they don't have one yet, the invitation waits until they open one.)
Organization eligibility Team for firms
Team is for verified professionals and approved organizations. If your firm's immigration work is led by a regulated professional but you are not personally licensed, request organization approval to hold Team. We verify two things: an active regulated professional (RCIC, immigration lawyer, or Québec notary) responsible for the firm's immigration work, and that you are authorised to act for the firm. No payment is taken until it's approved.
Have a verification code?
If the desk sent you a code, enter it here. One use; it opens member pricing and the practice tiers on the spot.
How we verify licensed professionals - tap to read
Three ways, lightest first. We never ask for ID documents or keep sensitive files - the point is to confirm your licence, not to collect your paperwork.
- Automatically. If your RCIC or RISIA number and surname match the CICC register, the professional price is yours on the spot - nothing to send.
- By a person. If you're an immigration lawyer or Québec notary, give us your regulator and registration number on your account page. A person checks the public roll. Nothing to send us.
- By a quick proof. If your register lists no email, show us proof you hold that licence - a screenshot of your signed-in College portal, or your membership card. We look, verify, and delete it. We never store it.
The public record is always free for everyone. Verifying only unlocks the professional price and the verified directory listing.
Your account
🔑 Passkey - the simplest, safest sign-in recommended
Sign in with your device's Face ID / Touch ID instead of a code. It is built into your device and free, and - unlike an authenticator code - it is never time-based and has no shared secret that can drift out of sync after a deploy. Add one and you never depend on a six-digit code again.
Your directory listing verified member
Clients searching the platform directory already find your name in the public College register. Listed here, your entry is badged verified AHI member, ranked ahead of the passive register, and - if you add a contact line - reachable directly. Included on the free tier.
Shown only if you fill it in. Your sign-in email is never displayed. Leave blank to be listed without a contact line.
Shown under your name on the public License page roster. Kept factual by rule; leave blank for name and licence only.
Two-step sign-in (authenticator code)
A six-digit code from your phone on top of your password. If you use this, save your recovery codes below - they are your way back in if a code ever stops working (a passkey is simpler).
Signed-in devices
Every device holding a key to this account. Sign one out from here and its key stops working on this site at once, and on other AHI sites within about a minute and a half.
Help improve this app
A human reads every note; it is sent with your account email so we can reply. Ideas shape the roadmap, bugs get fixed, and a flagged answer either corrects a register or teaches the clerk.
Subscription & renewal
Cancelling stops future renewals: your plan runs to its end date, then reverts to the free record. Nothing is deleted and your account stays open - this is separate from closing the account below. Payment always moves by hand; this records your intent.
Close this account
Closing removes your personal information from the member book, releases your licence claim, and benches any seats. Evidence-print counterfoils and audit lines that record past actions remain, as the privacy policy describes. The free record stays open to everyone, always.
